I have worked from home for the past 6 years & found myself in a rut. Although I never imagined taking time out of my schedule to attend an exercise class each day, I'm so happy I do. This class has improved my self-esteem thus making me a better professional, and a better wife and mother. One of my favorite things about Westchester Boot Camp is the class camaraderie. The struggles in exercise are relatable to everyday life, and through hard work and commitment you can achieve goals that you thought were out of reach.

The workouts are focused on tightening and toning where it counts, and eliminating that stubborn body fat that tends to take up residence in our thighs, butt, triceps, and stomach.
I was never committed to an exercise program prior to coming to WABC, and now 6 1/2 years later and I want to go as often as my schedule permits. I feel bad when I CAN'T go. The best part is it’s different and challenging every day. We are always pushed beyond what we think we can do. It’s so satisfying every time we’re done!
Boot Camp has been life changing for me, and I feel so good about the shape my body is in! I’m very strong and my endurance amazes me sometimes. I’ve even competed in several mud runs and got introduced to a whole new way of exercising.
Carla gives the attention of a personal trainer in a group environment that consists of wonderful women that I might never have met if it weren’t for boot camp! Her constant motivation would help anyone who wants to be pushed to try harder and be committed to an exercise routine. I was nervous to go at first but was pleasantly surprised - it’s challenging, yes, but so worth it!

Westchester Adventure Boot Camp is a fun and motivating place to be. Being a busy, working mom of three girls, I enjoy that I have that hour to focus on myself. Because of Boot Camp and all the great friends I’ve made there, I’ve done things I would have never done on my own, including numerous races and mud runs. The encouragement not only from Carla, but from all the girls at Boot Camp really helps when you don’t think you can take another step. My results have been amazing - I look and feel great, and I miss it when I can’t go! Carla has taught me how to live a healthy lifestyle and I feel great about being a positive role model for my girls. Anyone can gain something from Westchester Adventure Boot Camp - Carla is supportive, and pushes you when you need it most.

I’ve always worked out, but find at the gym I never really push myself to the limit, and I would get bored with the machines and classes. At Boot Camp, I never know what to expect, but I always know that I will be challenged AND have fun while working out! At WABC, Carla pushes each of us to our own limits and ensures our form is correct to help prevent injury. Having Carla is like having a personal trainer in a group setting and she knows just how far to push each of us to achieve our personal goals. It’s ALWAYS a great workout!
I am stronger and more confident in all areas of my life. Carla and all the friends I have at boot camp have helped me get out of my comfort zone, try new things, and meet new people.

After I had my children I had no time to workout, but as they got older I was ready to get back in shape. I heard about Carla and her Boot Camp class, so I joined and have been hooked! The workouts are constantly changing. They are challenging, and along with Carla 's coaching style enables you to get the most out of each class. I look forward to seeing the wonderful group of ladies that she has gathered over the years! Boot Camp is the best!
The workouts are different every day at Westchester Boot Camp. I love how we target different muscle groups using various workout methods. My body is constantly guessing! I take the 5:30 AM class, so being done with a good work out starts my day off right - I’m in a better mood and my energy levels are higher. It’s motivating and fun; while getting an awesome work out!

What I love about Westchester Boot Camp is how supportive, motivating, and challenging it is. We all work hard, but have a great time doing it. Everyone is positive and fun, so you never ever feel intimidated. Whether you are first starting out or have been training for years, you always feel challenged because the workouts are constantly changing. My body is much leaner and stronger, and I’ve made some great new friends!
I decided to do boot camp one day, thinking to myself "I'll try it for a day or two" Well, that was 4 years ago and I'm so happy I tried it that "one day" It's been a life changer...not only did I drop a few sizes and gain muscle - I feel better, stronger and happier...
