I was an average athlete as a kid, and always “thick” due to lack of knowledge with nutrition. We ate a lot of sugary cereal and “fat-free” snacks in my house growing up. At 18 years old, I joined my first gym and was hooked. I went from having a lack of self-confidence and feeling frustrated to feeling strong and confident. It didn’t take me long to realize my passion, and that was helping people feel the same.
I quit college to become a personal trainer, and in 2007 opened Westchester Adventure Boot Camp. At the risk of dating myself, for over 25 years I have helped hundreds of women of all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes achieve their health and fitness goals. Westchester Adventure Boot Camp is much more than a place to work out. It’s a lifestyle. I do not believe in diets and quick fixes, and my goal is to teach you how to maintain that healthy lifestyle when you leave my class.
