When I saw my before and after picture, I was shocked! I’ve lost weight and feel great in my clothes. I’m happy and my confidence is through the roof. I was working out and taking spin classes before joining Westchester Boot Camp, and was scared I wasn’t going to be able to keep up with everyone.
What I quickly realized is, ANYONE can do it. Carla tailors her workouts based on your abilities and she knows exactly when to push you when you need it most. Every day is different, and I love just being able to show up and not have to think about my workout.
Not only does Carla know her stuff, but she’s got a fun personality to go along with it. Working out with all these ladies is a good time, and I’ve made some great friends.
I think everyone should try Westchester Boot Camp. Just do it, and don’t worry about it!

I’ve been working out for years – in fact, I worked out with a trainer, but even with that, I was very inconsistent. On the days I didn’t have an appointment, I found it difficult to motivate myself to go to the gym, and when I did, it was hard to plan my own workout and stay focused. When I heard about Westchester Boot Camp, I was excited to try something different, and I have lost 20 pounds in just 6 months!
There are so many things I love about boot camp, and Carla. First and foremost is the attention Carla gives each person in class. She’s always making sure our form is correct to avoid injury. Sometimes I wonder if she really does have eyes in the back of her head! I love that Carla has so many certifications in different types of workouts. My FAVORITE thing is I don’t have to think about the workout. She plans them out and I show up. Done. Carla encourages us to work harder all the time, and the camaraderie with all the ladies is great. We all push each other, help each other, and most importantly have fun while getting an awesome workout.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a veteran or a novice, you’ll definitely sweat and get a great workout!

I have worked from home for the past 6 years & found myself in a rut. Although I never imagined taking time out of my schedule to attend an exercise class each day, I’m so happy I do. This program has improved my self-esteem thus making me a better professional, and a better wife and mother.

I was never committed to an exercise program prior to coming to WABC, and now 6 1/2 years later and I want to go as often as my schedule permits. I feel bad when I CAN’T go. Boot Camp has been life changing for me, and I feel so good about the shape my body is in! I’m very strong and my endurance amazes me sometimes. I’ve even competed in several mud runs and got introduced to a whole new way of exercising.
Carla gives the attention of a personal trainer in a group environment that consists of wonderful women that I might never have met if it weren’t for boot camp! Her constant motivation would help anyone who wants to be pushed to try harder and be committed to an exercise routine.

Westchester Adventure Boot Camp is a fun and motivating place to be. Being a busy, working mom of three girls, I enjoy that I have that hour to focus on myself. Because of Boot Camp and all the great friends I’ve made there, I’ve done things I would have never done on my own, including numerous races and mud runs.

The best part about Westchester Adventure Boot Camp is that the workouts are creative and different each day. I’ve always worked out, but find at the gym I never really push myself to the limit, and I would get bored with the machines and classes. At Boot Camp, I never know what to expect, but I always know that I will be challenged AND have fun while working out!
