I’ve been working out for years – in fact, I worked out with a trainer, but even with that, I was very inconsistent. On the days I didn’t have an appointment, I found it difficult to motivate myself to go to the gym, and when I did, it was hard to plan my own workout and stay focused. When I heard about Westchester Boot Camp, I was excited to try something different, and I have lost 20 pounds in just 6 months!
There are so many things I love about boot camp, and Carla. First and foremost is the attention Carla gives each person in class. She’s always making sure our form is correct to avoid injury. Sometimes I wonder if she really does have eyes in the back of her head! I love that Carla has so many certifications in different types of workouts. My FAVORITE thing is I don’t have to think about the workout. She plans them out and I show up. Done. Carla encourages us to work harder all the time, and the camaraderie with all the ladies is great. We all push each other, help each other, and most importantly have fun while getting an awesome workout.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a veteran or a novice, you’ll definitely sweat and get a great workout!
